You must provide accurate, complete, and current information and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Service, including those applicable in Australia and Ireland. You agree not to use the Service to engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activity. 3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

Providing us with accurate health and fitness information to ensure safe and effective training.
Following the guidance and instructions provided by Slim Science to avoid injury and ensure optimal results.
Communicating any changes in your health condition or fitness goals promptly.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, training plans, designs, and materials created by Slim Science as part of the Service remain the intellectual property of Slim Science until full payment has been received. Upon payment, ownership of the created materials is transferred to you. You grant us a limited license to use the created content for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Slim Science, its owners, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms, your use of the Service, or any information provided by you.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of both Australia and Ireland, without regard to their conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia or Ireland, depending on the client’s location or applicable jurisdiction.

13. Global Use and Compliance

While Slim Science provides services to clients globally, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Slim Science makes no representations or warranties that the Service is appropriate or available for use in all locations.

14. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability

By participating in any Slim Science activities or using Slim Science-provided equipment, you acknowledge and agree that:

Any equipment provided by Slim Science is used at your own risk.
Participants are responsible for ensuring proper use of equipment and following the guidance provided by instructors.
Slim Science is not liable for injuries or damages caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions regarding equipment use.
Participants are responsible for any damage caused to Slim Science property or equipment during use.

16. Participant Acknowledgment and Consent

Before participating in any Slim Science activities, participants must confirm their acknowledgment of the following:

You are in suitable physical and mental condition to participate in fitness activities.
You will communicate any relevant health conditions, injuries, or concerns to Slim Science prior to participation.
You have consulted a medical professional, if necessary, and understand that participation is at your own risk.

17. Insurance

Slim Science strongly encourages all participants to maintain personal health, injury, or liability insurance to cover potential risks associated with fitness activities. Slim Science does not provide insurance coverage for participants.

18. Agreement Upon Booking

By booking a class, activity, or service with Slim Science, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms of Service outlined herein. Your participation in any Slim Science activity constitutes acceptance of these Terms, including the assumption of risk, waiver of liability, and other provisions set forth in this agreement.
